Meera graduated from Sardar Patel University in 2013 with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy. She has worked in various clinical settings over the past 10 years. Meera continued to expand her knowledge and clinical skills by taking several postgraduate courses, such as the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and Bio Mechanical Dry Needling.
She is passionate about her work and continually challenge herself to offer effective solutions and work collaboratively with her patients to help them reach their maximum potential and improve quality of life. She provides individualized and client centered treatment protocol for variety of conditions for example:

She believes in an exercise-based approach which includes the patient’s active involvement. She also utilizes patient education and manual therapy as part of her treatment approach. It gives her great satisfaction to see her patient recover and function independently.
In her free time, Meera enjoys activities like doing yoga, listening to music and spending time with her family and friends.
